Steamed pork mince with salted eggs

Steamed pork mince with salted eggs

300g pork mince
2 salted duck eggs
2 eggs
1tsp sesame oil
pepper
2tbsp water

Put all the ingredients in a metal plate. Using your hands, mix well to break up the salted egg yolks.

Steam for 20 mins on high heat.
